👩🏻💻Yesterday, I put in a lot of hours organizing photos from my archives on my hard drives, and updated my travel page on my website.
📸My travel page features some colorful moments I’ve photographed, as they really occurred, at various Accessible locations I’ve visited since 2017 for my project! Take a look at the page here https://www.denisevasquezphotography.com/travel

I am really proud of the work I’ve done & continue doing on a personal level as well as for my ongoing project @disabledphotographerproject & How Accessible Is Accessible @youtube Series!
✨I’ve been researching, traveling, scouting locations, creating videos, writing blogs & posting on social media from my positive perspective, sharing what I’ve discovered is possible, what is accessible, how accessible, and what changes are needed.
🫶🏼I’m so grateful for the opportunities to have my voice heard, from being invited to participate on panels, consulting with parks, to being given platforms to make a difference by sharing my experiences.

💫My mission is to continue bringing awareness to not only the possibilities, but to the importance of our beautiful world being accessible & inclusive to everyone, using my photography, my skills, my voice & my life and to publish these moments I’ve photographed in books!

I trust that my research, area exploration, and personal experience sharing have been beneficial! Through my journey, I have come to realize the importance of revisiting locations multiple times to provide updated information. This not only benefits me but also aids individuals with disabilities, the elderly, or those with limited mobility. Moreover, it helps raise awareness among trail users and park staff.
