🇵🇷During my recovery from being in a wheelchair for 3 years, I learned how to apply mindfulness to my daily life to help with the constant chronic pain caused by my achilles tendon injury & CRPS.
📸 The great thing about being mindful, is that I’m able to apply it to my photography!
📍Whenever I arrive to my location, the first things I do is:
✨Scout The area
✨Make sure it is accessible
✨Find A Spot For Shots
✨Take in my environment
🙏🏼 Applying mindfulness to my photography helps me slow down, focus on the moment, not the pain & really see where I am.
